We are artists who became photographers, and our art still definitely lives in our photography. We are extremely passionate about our craft; planning shoots, taking photos, playing with technology, experiencing beauty and travelling. We love working with people and all the emotions that are involved in each shoot. I think one of our strengths is to make people feel at ease in front of the camera. We try to capture the inner character and outward personality of people, and for this reason, we work with our clients on a very personal level. We have been lucky to befriend many of our clients; one of our clients wrote: "ask any of their friends, who were all clients at one stage". This applies to all the kinds of photography we do, whether it is corporate shoots, family or weddings.

What distinguishes us from many other photographers is the intensive prep work we do before actually shooting. We go out to venues, offices and towns to do location scouting and acquaint ourselves with the surroundings. This is a fabulous part of our work, as it gives us the chance to get to know South Africa, experiencing the richness of nature and meeting interesting people! We are very passionate about Africa's beauty and its people, and love portraying this in our work. We are based in Pretoria, but have travelled all over South Africa, Mozambique and Namibia, and we were lucky enough to have even worked in America. We use quite radical and unique locations for our shoots, which creates an unforgettable experience for our clients.

The reward is when we get responses like: "The photo session was the best part of our day!"
